Good question!  If you go with a software based set up you are going to need a good computer! Mac or PC, both have programs that will work for you. Here are some recommended streaming requirements:

Minimum: 4GB RAM
Best: 16GB+ RAM

Minimum: 2GB3, 7200 RPM for record to disk
Best: 500GB+, Solid State OS Drive

Minimimum: Graphics CardIntel HD4, DirectX 11 capable
